Screw Oil Press:

Utilizing a rotating screw shaft to continuously propel and compress pre-treated oilseeds within the pressing chamber, high temperature and pressure are generated through the gradual reduction of the chamber volume and significant frictional resistance, continuously extracting oil.

Core Features:

* Continuous Production: Feeding, pressing, cake extraction, and oil extraction are carried out continuously, resulting in a high degree of automation and production efficiency.

* High-Temperature Pressing: High temperatures are generated through friction, constituting hot pressing, which helps increase oil yield.

* Wide Applicability: It is currently the most mainstream oil pressing equipment, capable of processing various oilseeds such as rapeseed, peanuts, soybeans, cottonseed, and sunflower seeds.

* Oil Refining Required: High temperatures may cause protein denaturation, resulting in darker crude oil with more impurities, typically requiring subsequent refining.
