Vertical hydraulic oil press is a device that uses the hydraulic principle to extract oil from oil-bearing materials by applying high pressure. It is widely used for pressing oil from materials such as sesame seeds, peanuts, walnuts, and tea seeds. Typically, it needs to be used in conjunction with pre-processing equipment such as roasting pans and flaking machines.

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF HYDRAULIC OIL PRESS:

Based on the principle of hydraulic transmission, pressure is transferred through a liquid medium (typically hydraulic oil). After pre-processing, the oil-bearing materials are pressed into round cakes, and multiple layers of these cake blanks are stacked between the support plate and the top plate using cake rings. When the hydraulic pump is activated, high-pressure oil enters the hydraulic cylinder, pushing the piston upward and applying pressure to the oil-bearing materials. This forces the oil to seep out from the gaps between the cake blanks. After pressing is completed, the pressure is released, the oil cakes are removed, and residual debris is cleaned.
