3-Cocoa Bean Pelling Machine                                                                                                                              

Working Principle：Cocoa beans are fed into the hopper for uniform distribution and then pass between rollers that remove the husks through a rubbing action. A fan uses airflow to suction the detached husks out of the machine and into a cyclone collector for storage, while the peeled cocoa nibs are discharged through the outlet. Complete separation of husks and nibs is achieved by adjusting the airflow intensity and the gap between the peeling rollers.
