Step	Process Name	Purpose
1	Raw material pretreatment	Impurities (stones, dust, straw) are removed through screening and air separation to prevent equipment wear and ensure oil purity.
2	Shelling/Crushing	The contact area for subsequent pressing is increased.
3	Roasting	Moisture content is adjusted (most seeds are 8-12%); gentle roasting (60-80℃) is performed to promote oil release and increase oil yield.
4	Pressing	Different quality requirements are met: cold pressing (25-40℃) is used to produce high-quality oil; hot pressing (100-120℃) is used to increase oil yield.
5	Crude oil filtration	Oil residue is filtered out using a plate-and-frame filter press/centrifugal oil filter to obtain clear crude oil.
6	Crude oil refining (optional)	Using degumming tanks, neutralization reactors, decolorization columns, and deodorization columns, the process of degumming, neutralization, decolorization, and deodorization is carried out to meet edible standards.
7	Automated Packaging	Filling, capping, labeling, and cartoning for finished oil; bulk storage
