Four-tank Oil Refining Equipment

Oil refining equipment is a mechanical device used to process crude vegetable oils and animal fats. Through processes such as solvent removal, degumming, deacidification, decolorization, deodorization, deesterification, and dewaxing, impurities are removed to ensure the oil meets national edible standards. Depending on the refining process, it is classified into large, medium, and small types, as well as intermittent, semi-continuous, and fully continuous types, with daily processing capacities ranging from 1 to 1000 tons, suitable for oil processing plants of different sizes.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:

Refining equipment works by purifying crude oil to make it safe and suitable for consumption. It starts with removing impurities like phospholipids through hydration, neutralizing acids with alkali, and then removing excess water and coloring with clay. Next, the oil is deodorized to eliminate odors and heated to prevent spoilage. Finally, filtration ensures a clear and pure end product ready for cooking and other uses.
