WORKING PRINCIPLE OF HYDRAULIC OIL PRESS:

Hydraulic oil press is driven by hydraulic oil through hydraulic pump (manual, electric or pneumatic), which pushes the piston to apply high pressure (usually 30-60MPa) to the oil material, so that the grease is separated from the oil material. The working process is as follows:

1. Pre-treatment of oilseeds (cleaning, crushing, steaming and frying) → Improve the oil yield.

2. Load the material into the press chamber → the oil is put into the press chamber.

3. Hydraulic pressure → squeeze out the oil at high pressure.

4. Filter the oil → remove impurities and get pure edible oil.

Hydraulic oil press is suitable for a variety of oilseeds and scenes, mainly including: 1. Applicable Oilseeds High oilseeds: peanuts, sesame seeds, walnuts, almonds, tea seeds (oil yield 40%~60%). Medium and low oilseeds: soybean, rapeseed, cottonseed, sunflower seed (need to be pre-treated to improve the oil yield).

2. Applicable Scenarios Home/small workshop: small manual or electric hydraulic oil press (daily output 50-200kg). Medium-sized oil factories: automated hydraulic oil press production line (daily output 1-5 tonnes). High-end cold pressed oil production: low temperature pressing to retain nutrients (e.g. avocado oil, olive oil, contact oil, cocoa oil, linseed oil, etc,.).
