Three-tank Oil Refining Equipment

Designed specifically for small and medium-sized oil mills, this equipment utilizes a compact three-tank process of "dephosphorization, deacidification, dehydration, and decolorization" to progressively remove phospholipids, free fatty acids, pigments, and moisture from crude oil. The final product is refined oil that meets national edible oil standards in terms of acid value, color, and moisture content. It is suitable for the efficient refining of various common vegetable oils such as rapeseed, peanut, and soybean oil.

THREE TANK OIL REFINING EQUIPMENT SINGLE BATCH PRODUCTION OPERATING PROCESS:

① Startup Preparation: Inspect equipment, remove impurities from crude oil, prepare auxiliary materials, and preheat the system.

② Phospholipid Removal Tank: Crude oil enters the tank → Heat to 50-65℃ → Add water for reaction → Allow to settle and drain phospholipids → Transfer oil to the deacidification tank.

③ Deacidification Tank: Heat to 60-80℃ → Add alkali for neutralization → Allow to settle and drain soapstock → Wash with brine → Transfer oil to the dehydration and decolorization tank.

④ Dehydration and Decolorization Tank: Vacuumize → Dehydrate → Add bleaching earth for decolorization → Allow to settle → Transfer oil for filtration.

⑤ Finishing: Filter to obtain the finished product → Clean the equipment → Shut down the equipment.

PRODUCT FUNCTION:

Dephosphorization, Deacidification, Decolorization, and Drying.

✅ Degumming: It removes phospholipids (including hydrated and non-hydrated phospholipids) from crude oil, while also removing some impurities such as colloids, proteins, mucus, and trace metal ions.

✅ Deacidification: To remove free fatty acids from the oil.

EQUIPMENT APPLICATION SCENARIOS:

Target Users: Small and medium-sized vegetable oil processing plants, rural oil pressing workshops, grain and oil cooperatives, and start-up enterprises in deep processing of edible oils.

Refined crude oils: soybean oil, rapeseed oil, peanut oil, cottonseed oil, sunflower seed oil, sesame oil, flaxseed oil, safflower seed oil, camellia seed oil, rice bran oil, corn germ oil, palm oil, coconut oil, olive oil, cocoa butter, castor oil, tung seed oil, and other oilseeds.

Production Capacity Requirements: Daily capacity of 1-30 tons (calculated based on 3-6 hours per batch, 2-6 batches per day), suitable for small-batch, multi-variety oil refining production.

Application Scenarios: Local oil pressing with refining, small-batch bottling and sales of finished oil, customized refining of edible oils for the catering industry, etc.  It can be directly implemented in the oil pressing plant workshop, achieving integrated "oil pressing + refining" production.
