Two-tank Oil Refining Equipment

Two tank oil refining equipment constitutes an ultra-compact batch-type unit, employing an integrated dual-tank design for dephosphorisation and deacidification alongside dehydration and decolourisation. It completes crude oil refining through a batch process, handling 0.1 to 2 tonnes per batch without requiring specialised operation, effectively removing impurities from crude oil. Suitable for micro-scale oil extraction workshops, grain and oil shops, and other small-capacity, on-site pressing and refining scenarios, it can process various vegetable oils including peanut and rapeseed.

TWO TANK OIL REFINING EQUIPMENT PROCESS FLOW (2-4 hours per batch):

Crude oil preliminary filtration (removal of mechanical impurities) → Degumming and deacidification tank (hydration degumming → alkali refining deacidification → settling and discharge of mixed residue) → Dehydration and decolorization tank (vacuum dehydration → vacuum decolorization → settling) → Plate and frame/bag filter (removal of decolorizing agent) → Refined finished oil (bottling/storage)

PRODUCT FUNCTION:

Dephosphorization, Deacidification, Decolorization, and Drying.

✅ Degumming：In the degumming tank, phospholipids and gums are removed from the crude oil to prevent foaming, smoke, and oxidation during high-temperature cooking.

✅ Deacidification: Through mixing and centrifugation, free fatty acids are neutralized and separated, improving the flavor and stability of the oil.

✅ Decolorization：In the decolorization tower, pigments and trace impurities are removed using adsorbents, and then the oil is precisely filtered to obtain a clear product.

Question 4-Application

APPLICATION OF OIL REFINING EQUIPMENT:

Production Entities: Micro-scale oil pressing workshops, community grain and oil stores, rural mobile oil pressing points, family workshops, small-scale grain and oil cooperatives (small-capacity branches);

Raw Materials Processed: Common vegetable oils such as peanut oil, rapeseed oil, soybean oil, tea seed oil, sesame oil, and sunflower seed oil (not suitable for high-acid waste oils or animal oils);

Production Capacity Requirements: Daily capacity of 0.5-12 tons (calculated based on 2-4 hours per batch, 2-6 batches per day), suitable for on-demand pressing and refining, small-batch, multi-variety production models;

Application Scenarios: Local on-site oil pressing and refining, retail of bulk edible oils, customized edible oils, and small-scale catering oil supply.  It can be directly integrated with small oil presses to achieve integrated "oil pressing + refining" on-site production.
