FROM RAW MATERIALS TO PREMIUM PRODUCT:
SHELLING MACHINE+HYDRAULIC COLD PRESS THE PREFERRED SOLUTION FOR SACHA INCHI OIL PROCESSING
High shelling rate, low loss, and preserved nutrients – a one-stop solution for all your sacha inchi oil extraction needs
✅ Project Background and Solution
This case study addresses the challenges posed by the hard shell, fragile kernels, and easily oxidized oil of the Sacha Inchi (Inca peanut) plant. We provided a complete integrated Sacha Inchi shelling and oil extraction equipment solution to our American client, featuring our company's (Henan Olive Technology Co., Ltd.) customized Sacha Inchi shelling machine and cold-press hydraulic oil press as core components.
Through precise equipment adaptation to the physical characteristics of Sacha Inchi, we achieved a shelling rate of ≥98% and a kernel integrity rate of ≥98%. The pressing process maintained a low temperature of ≤30℃, effectively preserving the core nutrients such as unsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E in the Sacha Inchi oil. The oil yield increased by 12%-15% compared to traditional equipment, completely solving the client's previous problems of low efficiency in manual shelling and oil quality degradation during mechanical pressing, thus helping the client achieve large-scale and standardized production of Sacha Inchi deep-processed products.

✅ Machine Introduction:
1. Sacha Inchi Shelling Machine:
------Utilizes flexible impact and screening technology, adaptable to Sacha Inchi of different sizes;
------Shelling rate >95%, automatic separation of shell and kernel, reducing manual intervention;
------Processing capacity of 500 kg per hour, supporting continuous operation.
2. Sacha Inchi Hydraulic Oil Press:
------Low-temperature pressing (temperature ≤30℃), avoiding high-temperature damage to unsaturated fatty acids;
------Adjustable hydraulic system pressure (0-100MPa), adapting to the high oil content of Sacha Inchi;
------Oil yield as high as 92%, resulting in pure oil.
✅ Sacha Inchi Oil Extraction Process Flow:
Raw material cleaning → Drying and conditioning → Shelling machine shelling → Shell and kernel separation → Kernel crushing → Low-temperature pressing (hydraulic oil press) → Crude oil filtration → Finished product packaging
