Core Process Flow of Cocoa Oil Production

1-Raw Material Pretreatment: Selecting cocoa beans → Cleaning impurities → Roasting (120-140℃, to enhance aroma) → Dehulling → Crushing into cocoa liquor
2-Pressing and Extraction: Preheating cocoa liquor → Screw press (physical cold pressing/hot pressing) → Separating crude cocoa oil from cocoa cake
3-Refining and Purification: Degumming crude oil → Deacidification → Decolorization → Deodorization → Filtration → Refined cocoa oil
4-Finished Product Packaging: Quality inspection → Metering and filling → Labeling and warehousing
Cocoa oil is widely used in the production of high-end chocolates, baked goods, and other food products; cosmetics such as face creams and lipsticks; and pharmaceuticals and daily chemical products such as suppositories, ointments, and soaps.
