Cooking Oil Refining Machine:Our advanced edible oil refinery is engineered for universal application, capable of processing a wide variety of crude oils. It consistently delivers final products that meet stringent quality standards. The refining is achieved through four essential stages: Degumming, Neutralization (Deacidification), Bleaching (Decolorization), and Deodorization, ensuring the removal of impurities, free fatty acids, pigments, and odors for pure, stable, and market-ready oil.
Batch Type Edible Oil Refinery Plant With Different Capacity

TECHNICAL OVERVIEW: SMALL-SCALE COOKING OIL REFINING SYSTEM
Equipment Profile:
This system is an intermittent-type, compact edible oil refining unit designed for high-quality oil production.
It is specialized for integrated degumming, deacidification, decolorization, and deodorization processes, suitable for producing high-grade edible oils and salad oils.
For oils with higher wax or fat content—such as tea seed oil, rice bran oil, and corn germ oil—the system supports further dewaxing and degreasing treatment.

REFINING PROCESS DESCRIPTION:
The refining process consists of three key stages to transform crude oil into clear, stable, and odor-free edible oil.
1. Neutralization
Crude oil is first pumped into the neutralization vessel. Here, it is heated to approximately 60°C via thermal fluid coils while being continuously stirred. Caustic soda is added to neutralize free fatty acids (FFA), forming soapstock. After a settling period, the soapstock is discharged from the bottom separator.
2. Bleaching
The neutralized oil is transferred to the bleaching tank. Under mechanical agitation and heating to about 110°C, adsorbents such as bleaching earth and activated carbon are mixed in to remove pigments and residual impurities. This stage operates under vacuum to enhance efficiency and prevent oxidation. The oil is then filtered to remove spent bleaching agents.
3. Deodorization
Filtered bleached oil enters the deodorizer, where it is heated to 200–220°C under high vacuum. Live steam is injected from the bottom to strip off volatile compounds, odors, and residual free fatty acids. The deodorized oil is subsequently cooled in a heat exchanger before final polishing filtration, resulting in a transparent, odorless, and stable refined oil.
